These services are available for investment property owners that are looking for professional property management services:
- Arrangement of all routine maintenance services in common areas, such as cleaning, landscaping, exterminating, snow removal, testing and servicing of emergency features, heating/boiler maintenance, and seasonal maintenance items.
- A preventive maintenance program will be established for the property designed to keep the building and equipment in good working order so costly repairs and replacements can be avoided.
