Sales Executive Karen Shaylor is an integral member of our staff
at the real estate offices of the PRUDENTIAL Ursula M. Stephan
Realtors. A long-term resident of Sudbury (over 16 years), Karen
has first-hand knowledge of the real estate market in the
surrounding area. She is a member of the PRUDENTIAL Multi
Million Dollar Club as a result of her past sales efforts, and
her personal dedication and enthusiasm for working with her real
estate clients is boundless.
Karen is very active in the local community, having been a past
PTO President and chairperson on numerous schools, children's
sports league, and other civic organization committees. Karen
regularly volunteers her time to lend a helping hand when it is
needed. Here at PRUDENTIAL Ursula M. Stephan REALTORS, she
specializes in working with families like yours when they buy
and sell their homes, and she is particularly adept at assisting
clients who are relocating to this area.
Karen's background includes sales, marketing and contract

children, Amy and David, and has been happily married for 16
years to her husband Stephen Wong.
